Joe Stoup is a husband, father of three energetic boys, and the co-host of Finding Calm in the Chaos. As the unofficial CTO of the household, Joe is the go-to guy for tech solutions, schedule syncing, and making sure everything runs just a little more smoothly in the daily whirlwind of family life.

When he’s not behind the mic, Joe is coaching—literally. He serves as the “senior coach in the stands” for all of his sons’ sports teams and is a steady presence on the sidelines and at the dinner table. His parenting superpower lies in creating structure, improving communication, and supporting his kids in everything they do with intention and love.
